1. Subway Rewards®
It’s Subway’s refreshed, levelled membership program that gives you the ability to earn points with every qualifying order. When you make orders through your Subway Rewards® account, you'll earn points that you can convert into Subway® Cash that can be redeemed towards a discount on any Subway® menu item. You’ll also get rewards, sweet surprises and perks that get better as you level up. Ready to boss it?
Subway Rewards® replaces the previous loyalty program. We've switched from product-based rewards to Subway® Cash, improved the program benefits, enhanced the app and online member experience, and added three membership levels – Rising Star, Hot Shot and The Boss - that award higher points and unlock extra benefits as you level up.
Membership status is based on how much you spend in a calendar year. You are a Rising Star when you spend less than €150 in a calendar year. Spend at least €150 in a calendar year, and you will obtain Hot Shot status and members who spend at least €350 in a calendar year will obtain The Boss status. A member must meet the qualifying amounts for a particular level each year to maintain their status.
Yes – you will be directed to download our new app from 11 October 2023. You will no longer be able to use the previous app.
We became an app-only loyalty program. Your plastic card will no longer work from 11th October 2023, and you will need to download the new app and activate your account to continue to benefit from the new program rewards and offers.
No, you will not need to re-register. However, you will need to follow these steps to keep your account active:
- Download the Subway® app
- When prompted to login, you will need to enter the same email (the one we have been sending emails to!) and password
- Reset your password
- When prompted, agree Subway Rewards® Terms
- We’ll transfer any points you have and assign your level
- Enjoy the Subway Rewards®!
Any points balance remaining were transferred at the same rate to your new Subway Rewards® account upon activation if you activated by 10th April 2024.
Yes, your points balance expired 6 months after launch if you did not downloaded the new Subway Rewards® app and activated your account.
Yes, your points balance will expire after 6 months if there has been no activity with your account in that 6-month period. Be sure to log into your account and order in-restaurant or via the app to earn points and redeem rewards.
Subsquad® is no longer available, but that doesn't stop you grabbing deliciousness with your mates.

Anyone can join, as long as you are eligible. You must be based in Finland to be able to download the app to join Subway Rewards® program. Children under the age of 18 may not participate in the Subway Rewards® loyalty program.
2. My Account
At this time, you cannot change the email address linked to your account. You may create a new Subway Rewards® account and contact our Guest Care team to move any unused points to your new account.
To edit your details, log in to the Subway® app and go to your account. From that page, you can update any editable fields and click “Save Changes”.
Log into your account on the Subway® app and simply add the month and day of your birthday and then click “Save Changes”. Please note: Once your birthday date is saved, it cannot be changed.
It’s easy to change your preferences in the Account section of the Subway® app by selecting or de-selecting the box to receive emails.
We are sorry to see you go. To have your loyalty account removed, please complete this form. This form can also be found in your account within the profile section.
Upon completion of the form, you will receive an email asking you to confirm your request. Your account will be deleted within 30 days of your confirmation of your request. If you have more than one account, you will need to complete the form for each account. You can view your order history in your Account section of the App. Past orders are saved for 3 months.
Your Rewards history can be found under the ‘History’ tab within the Rewards section of the app. You can view your points earned, Subway® Cash redeemed, and other rewards activity on your account for up to 3 months.
As of 11th October 2023 you can no longer view reward history before this date, due to the loyalty programme changing.

3. Subway Reward® Level

In your first year of joining the all-new Subway Rewards®, it works a little differently. You can achieve a higher membership level, such as Hot Shot or The Boss, and your status will last until the end of that calendar year, plus one full calendar year after that.

- Rising Star Members will receive their choice of a free cookie.
- Hot Shot members receive a choice of a free cookie or a packet of crisps.
- The Boss members will receive a free 6-inch sub of their choice.
All birthday rewards are valid for 30 days and can be redeemed in the app or in-restaurant when you scan your QR code. Note rewards are subject to change, terms and conditions apply.
P.S. We need the month and day of your birthday, so we can add your birthday reward to your account, so be sure to enter it when you sign up or you can add it later in your Profile in the Subway® App.
Yes! Rising Star members earn 10 points per €1 spent, Hot Shot members earn 11 points per €1 spent, and The Boss earn 12 points per €1 spent.
4. Earn & Redeem Points
You’ll earn points for every euro you spend on qualifying purchases, either when you place a remote order via the app or when you scan your QR code in Subway® restaurants.
Every 150 points you earn is redeemable for €1 Subway® Cash.
There are two ways to redeem points on remote orders.

No, you cannot earn points on orders made before 11th October 2023. You can only earn points for the orders made as a Subway Rewards® member.
You have 30 days to request those points. Submit a 'Missing Points Request' to make sure you earn the points from your qualifying order. Have your receipt handy, because you’ll need important details from your transaction to make sure you get your points added. It may take up to 48 hours for the points to be applied to your account.

Yes, you are eligible to earn points on Subway® remote orders that are made through the Subway® app. Just be sure you are logged in to your Subway Rewards® account when you place the order, so the points will be applied to your account.
No, you cannot earn points on orders made through third-party delivery platforms, such as Wolt.

5. Rewards
Redeeming your rewards is easy and convenient. Visit the 'Rewards' section in the app, select your reward and select the qualifying menu item you’d like to redeem it on. If you want to redeem in-restaurant, you can select your reward and then choose the 'Scan' option in the app and simply follow the prompts to scan in the restaurant.
Sorry, but your points are just for you! Only you can use your points to redeem for Subway® Cash. Redeem them through the Subway® app, or in-person at a Subway® restaurant. What you choose to buy and who you buy for is completely up to you, though.
You can redeem up to 40€ in Subway® Cash on a single order.

No. You’ll lose any remaining balance on a 1€ Subway® Cash redemption. For example, if you want to use €2 in Subway® Cash on a subtotal amount of 1,50€, you’ll lose the remaining 0,50€ from the second 1€ applied in Subway® Cash.
Currently you are not able to use your rewards or offers in another country. Rewards and offers are only valid for use in Finland, and offers will be subject to additional terms. We are, however, looking at enabling the all-new Subway Rewards® across other countries soon – watch this space!
No, you cannot use any type of reward on third-party delivery orders.
